Warranty Guidelines:

Warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase of the product by the end-user. The warranty period specified against respective item/model may vary.

  • To claim warranty, the user must present:

    - The product

    - The original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase and valid serial number. In case the product is already registered on the Company’s website, then the proof of purchase may not be required.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse to repair/service any products in the absence of any of the following:

    - Original Proof of purchase

    - Valid serial number on Product

  • Any physical damage to the product shall render the warranty on the product null and void. Repairs or service on such products shall be purely on chargeable basis and at the sole discretion of the Company.

  • In the event of any service being availed from Company on a chargeable basis, the charges for the same must be paid in cash/e-transfer in advance at the service centre at the time of handing over the product for repair and/ or service.

  • The Limited Warranty does not cover user manuals or any third-party software, settings, contents, data, or links downloaded in the products, whether included or not during activation or at any other time in the delivery chain or otherwise and in any way acquired by the customer.

  • For any claim under this warranty, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any malfunctioning products by using new or factory-refurbished products. In the event the Company opts to use factory-refurbished products, they will have the performance characteristics equal to or better than those of the faulty product. All products replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of the Company.

  • Some of the products may have one or more special features along with the regular features. The Company warrants such products to be free from malfunction in materials and/or workmanship under conditions of normal use.

  • Regarding pixels of LED Monitors warranty - Up-to 5 pixels of single colour do not cover under warranty. 5+ pixels of same colour will be considered as a defect. This is applicable up to 3 months of the date of purchase. Post that, the warranty on pixels would not be covered.

Warranty does not extend to:

- Any products not manufactured by or for the Company will not be covered.

- Any products damaged or rendered unusable because of use for purposes other than its normal intended use or in a manner not in conformity with standard handling norms of similar products or use of product in an inappropriate operating environment or abnormal use.

- Failure to use the product in accordance with the User manual that may accompany the product, or any other abuse or neglect with respect to the product.

- Servicing, repairs, modifications or handling, etc. by any unauthorized personnel.

- Damage resulting from improper packaging during transportation of the product to the Company Service Centre.

- Damage resulting from improper use/installation of third-party products or software.

- Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, and any component burn due to that, or electric failures due to power surge and acts of God will not be covered.

- Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature.

- Any physical damage to the product
